Stop 1 · Officer capture

Whatever the officer carries is the device

A checkpoint tag scanned with the phone's own camera, or an incident reported with a photo, a voice note and the officer's own words, in Tamil, Chinese, Malay or English. Held on the phone first, sent in the background, and marked sent only once the server hands back a receipt number. Silence is never read as success.
