Every step below uses the synthetic demonstration agency. The trigger reads its shifts and clock events, the screen applies the eligibility rule to its licences and rosters, and every contact attempt is written to the fill-attempt record. What the agency ends up holding is a timed account of who was asked and when, instead of an argument from memory.
Trigger
A post is uncovered when the officer did not turn up, when nobody has clocked in past the grace period, or when nobody is rostered inside the notice window. This scan opens nothing and contacts nobody.
What this agency's package includes
Resolved server side, feature number by feature number, through the same entitlement rule the rest of the product uses.
The eligibility controls carry a regulatory feature number, so no package choice, entitlement row or support ticket can switch them off. The only way past one is a named override with a reason, recorded against a person.
Multi-site coverage and fill rate
Review current staffing across sites and the results of recorded callouts. The demonstration includes a completed example so the fill figures have a clear source.
Rate a shift
Once a shift is under way, finished, or a known no-show, whoever is watching it can leave a 1-5 star rating with an optional comment. One rating per shift per rater: a second attempt from the same rater on the same shift is refused, not overwritten.
Officer conduct records
A client block, a conflict of interest, or a disciplinary flag, each recorded against a named officer with the acting supervisor and a reason. Every one of these is a fact for the eligibility screen to read later, not a decision made here.

Not implied anywhere on this page: no messaging account is configured on this deployment, so no message reaches a phone. The send path, the inbound webhook at /api/webhooks/messaging and its signature check are all built and run on every message, and every message is written to the outreach record before any send is attempted. Replies can be typed here as well as arriving from a phone, and both drive exactly the same code. This surface has no sign-in of its own, so it runs unauthenticated against seeded data.
