Vardium . checkpoint tags

Name this device first

Issuing a tag is a supervisor action. This board has no sign-in of its own, so it is restricted to the demonstration agency and needs a named device.

This deployment does not name a device without a sign-in, so there is nothing to choose here, and no agency roster has been read.
